I was born in Brooklyn, NY, lived in Queens for 24 years before moving further east on Long Island, NY. One of my school mates was Barbara Bach (the wife of Ringo) while in Bermuda, I met Dustin Hoffman who taught me how to dive. No one knew who he was, but me. (The Graduate was just released the day before.)

Before I married my sweet husband, I worked on Wall Street, assisting stock brokers, stock order clerks and research analysts with reports and talking to clients.
Years later, I was given the opportunity to assist an attorney, and I jumped at it. He taught me so much about the law and wanted me to go to law school. Money was tight and I had 3 small children at home. I eventually joined a legal professional group who trained me further in law where I became friends with judges and court personnel. I was so versed in law, I became a paralegal (the test was almost as tough as the bar exam). I came out of my shell (before that I was extremely shy), and taught the ABCs of probate and administration. Eventually, I became the local president and then state president of that association. The last attorney I worked for oversaw my work on matrimonial law, family law, general litigation, landlord/tenant matters, personal I jury, wrongful death, estates, adoptions, bankruptcies and real estate. I gave seminars on those subjects too.

I met Lori McKeogh at the pool back in 2019 who asked me if I ever took tap lessons. The answer was yes, back in NY. She invited me to take a free lesson and I was hooked.

Love taking lessons from Jodie Barris. The entire class is very friendly as well as the other dance company students and teachers. Patience is a virtue.

I love the reaction of my friends and family when they see me onstage enjoying the experience of dance.
